Beeston Hill Faith Trail

Saturdays, 11 July - 29th August 10:30am-3:30pm
Ever wondered what's inside a Mosque, a Gurdwara or a Church? Maybe you're curious about people's different beliefs and how that links into the local community?
Well, now is your chance to find out! New for 2009 is the development of a Faith Trail in the Beeston Hill area of Leeds. The Jamia Masjid Abu Huraira Mosque & KMWA Community Centre on Hardy Street, the GNNSJ Gurdwara on Lady Pit Lane, and Holy Spirit Church on Tempest Road are opening their doors to welcome visitors from the local community or from further afield.
Click on each place of worship above to see more information about them.
The Faith Trail will operate every Saturday from 10.30am-3.30pm between 11 July and 29th August 2009, and has been designed so that you can walk around and see each place of worship in just a single day. The Faith trail is free of charge although you will need to make a reservation.
