Vicars Cafe Bistro can't pretend to have fancy stained glass to look at or a fascinating history.
Ours is a rather smart little fairtrade cafe bistro put together by two vicars and their wives who wanted to look after people in a setting that was easily understood and accessible to today's people.
Our hope is that you will enjoy the food and company and, at your own pace, find out why, as one customer put it recently, "there's a lovely feeling about this place."

Image taken on Nooma Night, which happens at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of each month. A simple supper is enjoyed (no charge, donations only), coffee, ten minute film and discussion in a relaxed setting. Perfect for anyone wondering about God, if he's there and what he's like.
